- Units are designated “single-family” residential and may be leased for periods no shorter than 6 months.
- Each unit is assigned 2 parking spaces (see Landlord for designated spots).
- Visitor parking is permitted in the designated area adjacent to the mailboxes.
- Posted speed limit on Association property is 10 mph.
- Parking lots and/or roadways are not to be used as play areas for children.
- Only common household trash is to go into Association dumpsters. No dumping of construction materials, large items (i.e. appliances, mattresses, furniture) or hazardous waster is permitted.
- Use the “recycle” dumpster for appropriate paper materials (i.e. newspapers, boxes, magazines, etc.)
- Follow septic system protocol – including no grease, fats, oils, or toxins down drains, no non-biodegradable items in toilets (i.e. disposable diapers, feminine hygiene products, cigarette butts, etc.)
- Pets are to be on leash and attended at all times while on Association property.
- Pet owners are required to pick up after their animals.
- Only furniture and equipment consistent with ordinary residential and recreational use are permitted on porches and decks.
- Charcoal grills are not to be used on wooden decks or porches.
- Porches or decks should not be used for drying or airing of clothing/fabrics.
- Building exteriors are not to be modified or altered.
- All drapes or drape liners must be white on the exterior side on the windows.
- No trailers, commercial vehicles, boat trailers, boats, camping vehicles may be parked or stored on Association property.
- Pool hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm.
- Requests for maintenance to buildings or grounds must be submitted to the Association by your Landlord.
The Board of Directors is authorized to enforce compliance with Association rules and regulations by assessing monetary penalties against a Co-Owner whose renter is in violation.
